First Lite Gear employs the best designers and fit specialists to make sure you always have the best gear possible! A great rule of thumb when looking at sizing is to go with your normal size in a pair of jeans and a T-shirt! We design all of our gear to fit true-to-size so that you have the right gear without having to go through the exchange process! 

If you do have any specific sizing questions and are able to obtain your measurements, we have created a sizing chart specifically catered to First Lite products! This can be found on every product page under the "Sizing Chart" link in the product description.
