Thank you for reaching out! Recently, First Lite has undergone a site transition, causing some Pro Program Accounts not to be activated. Below, we will go into how to receive those discounts you are signed up for! This guide is a quick fix article if you get any Errors when trying to reset your password, or your account simply won't let you log in!
Prior Pro Program users/ Account Activation - If you have had a pro program account (with associated discounts) in the past, the fix is simple! All you will need to do is simply click "Activate My Account" in the email sent out by our CS Team in mid-June! If you have not received this email or cannot find it, do not fret! An easy fix is to simply create a new account on the website using the email associated with your previous pro program-enrolled account. This will cause the two accounts (old and new) to merge in our systems and activate your discounting, as well as display your order history!
