I am an outdoorswoman with a deep passion for hunting, training/riding horses, and the traditions that surround them. Although I grew up in Utah, I never planned to become a hunter. Everything changed 15+ years ago when my husband showed me a bear in a tree and taught me how to shoot — and I’ve been hooked on this way of life ever since.

I love the challenge of hunting mule deer and have a passion for chasing bears, bobcats, and mountain lions with our pack of hounds. I’m equally passionate about long-range shooting and continually pushing myself to improve my skills and knowledge in the field. If I’m not in the office, I am out putting my hunting gear to the test while I wander the Idaho mountain ranges with the hounds and/or horses.

I strongly believe the future of the hunting industry depends on education, mentorship, and inclusion. One of my favorite things to do is to walk people into their first bear tree with hounds or to help someone harvest their first big game animal. By teaching and welcoming new hunters—whether men, women, or children—we can keep the tradition alive, ethical, and thriving for generations to come.
